HOW IT WORKS...
After receiving your request for service, we will arrange a convenient date and time to visit your home.
Once there, we will spend a few minutes with you to get the details of the problem with the computer, disconnect it and bring it to our shop for repair. We offer, for just $20, a laptop computer for you to use while we service your system. Note that the loaner is offered free of charge for first-time customers.
Once your computer is on our workbench, we will perform diagnostic tests to check hardware performance. If we find that something in the computer has failed, we will research the part and contact you with options for the part's replacement. Please note that the ordering of replacement parts will lengthen the repair process.
We then perform extensive virus and spyware removal techniques to clean your system. During this process, we may find that an Operating System has suffered irreparable damage. In such a case, we offer our Full Restore Service to resolve the issue.
Once your system is virus and spyware free, we optimize your system by:
- Applying critical Operating System Updates
- Cleaning the registry of unnecessary or invalid values
- Removing unwanted files and software that reduce system performance
- Updating hardware drivers
- Defragmenting the hard drive
Finally, your computer will be brought back to your home and re-installed for you. We will boot up the computer and confirm things are working as you expect. Your machine will run faster, be more responsive and will work substantially better in all areas.
