Note that this service is different from the data backup that is offered during our Full Restore Service
If, during our Full Restore Service, we discover that a backup cannot be made of the files in your computer's hard drive, or if your computer has failed and you just want to recover the files from the hard drive, we offer this service to attempt a recovery of your important Data.
We will use a number of techniques to collect data from the hard drive of the computer and, if successful, will provide the files on CD or DVD format disc or simply reinstall them once your computer has been repaired.
We cannot guarantee that all or any files can be recovered from a given hard drive. If, after applying all our data recovery techniques, we cannot recover the files you request, the cost for this service is reduced to just the cost of our Clean & Check service ($79) or our Full Restore Service ($99 + cost of new hard drive) to get the computer back to working status.
